I can't stop listening to Matt & Kim's recent (and I think first) album: Grand. Check 'em out.
Their music is loads of fun, and it seems like they are too. Also, they sing a lot about Grand Street, and apparently live on Grand Street, which is also my cross street. Who doesn't love music about their neighborhood? Do you guys want to meet up at Gimme Coffee sometime...?
